Welcome to “My Own Two Feet Education”. My name is Jim Gigante and I am your primary instructor. I am a former Marine Corps Marksmanship Instructor, as well as a retired law enforcement officer. I have over 35 years of firearms training and experience and I am still learning. Obviously, we cannot make you a master of self-defense or even an expert shooter in a single day of training. What we can and intend to do is provide you with a foundation to build on. We will cover the fundamentals of firearms SAFETY and marksmanship. Also, the basics of South Dakota self-defense laws as well as touch on how they differ from the laws of neighboring states, even the states who recognize the S.D. Enhanced Concealed Carry License.
